The wedding coordination package is for you if you are planning all the details of your wedding day, but want an expert onsite the day of your wedding helping with decor setup, managing the timing and flow of each component of the day, as well as keeping everyone on track, and of course coordinating all the logistics with your vendor team to make a seamless, joyful day for you! We personalize the plan as every couple and every wedding is so different, but in general you can expect:

💍 A coordinator on-site for (8 - 10) hours the day of your wedding expertly managing the flow of your day, coordinating all the details and logistics with your vendor team, and being the point person for family, friends, wedding party and your vendors … so you can enjoy all the special moments of the day without stressing that something might not get done!
💍 One (or two, as needed) face-to-face (via Zoom) Wedding Coordination Meetings and unlimited support / email access to your coordinator. Your coordinator spends 5-6 weeks getting to know you and your vision for the day, walking through all your plans with you, and then preparing a personalized wedding day timeline that reflects all your wishes to keep everyone on the same page for the day.
💍 Minimal decor setup. We help you set up items such as: welcome table, signage, place table numbers and name cards, or whatever minimal decor you choose that can fit within a 1-2 hour time frame.
💍Minimal teardown. We can help with taking down signage, moving your gifts to a designated area, moving florals from the ceremony area to reception, etc.
💍 After booking you will receive access to a Wedding Planning Guide which you will find helpful in keeping track of decisions you will need to make while planning your wedding.

***Wedding Coordination Packages do not include overnight lodging, which is required for locations farther than ninety (90) miles from the coordinator’s home location. The wedding coordinator will work with the client to determine the best lodging solution early in the planning process.***Travel and mileage rates: the first ninety (90) miles from the coordinator’s home location has NO FEE. Travel and mileage rates apply for locations MORE than ninety (90) miles from the coordinator’s home location. $50 for each additional ninety (90) miles, rounding up if less than ninety (90) miles.

Vendor Sourcing (Add-On)
$700
Planning a wedding is time consuming and a bit stressful! Let us take care of the vendor procurement for you! We will assist with researching and sourcing as many vendors (excluding venue) and rentals as needed. We will aim to give you 2-3 options of every type of vendor / rental needed. We will find availability, pricing, and provide you with options that best fit your vision and budget. Once you make your selection and sign the contract, you’ll pay the vendor directly. Let us handle the research and take the stress off your shoulders! This service is available as an add-on to our package clients.
